What Tinylib is

Tinylib is a web app that runs small apps made by other people. One account keeps your library, your data in each app and your friends on every device you sign in on.

By creating an account or using Tinylib, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tinylib.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in and your passkeys safe. Tell us at legal@tinylib.app if you think someone else has used your account.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13 years old.

Your name and handle must not pretend to be someone else, and must not be offensive.

Apps are made by other people

Every app in Tinylib is made and published by a developer, not by Tinylib. The developer is responsible for what their app does and what it says. Tinylib does not review every app before it is listed.

Each app you open receives the name apps see, and whatever you save in it. Tinylib keeps that data for you and hands it only to that app. What you save in a private app is encrypted with your passkey, and Tinylib cannot read it.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Try to reach accounts, data or parts of the service that are not yours.
• Overload, probe or disrupt Tinylib, or get around its limits.
• Collect other people’s information without their permission.

Reporting an app

If an app is harmful, illegal, a scam, or uses something that belongs to you, write to legal@tinylib.app with its address. We may unlist it, suspend it or remove it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Tinylib at any time. To delete your account and everything it holds, write to legal@tinylib.app from the address on your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first.

No warranty

Tinylib is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it or any app in it will always work, be free of mistakes, or keep every piece of data forever. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tinylib is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data or profits, or for anything an app made by someone else does. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Tinylib in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes and Tinylib asks you to agree to the new version. Using Tinylib after a change means you accept it.
